Don was pruning some trees on his property and fell from a ladder. He broke bones in his legs and back. Living in a more rural area, he was transferred from a “local” hospital to a Milwaukee area critical care hospital. Having other ongoing medical issues, doctors did their best to keep him comfortable.

Donald was the guiding light of the OX5 organization for the last ten years.
Donald Roger Voland, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 4, 2025. He was 90 years old.
Don is survived by his loving wife Jeanette (nee Nero), sons Rickie and Jeffery (Barbara) Voland, and grandson John Daniel Schultz. Also left to cherish his memory is sister Judy Helgeland.
