You have until July 1 to reserve a hotel room at the OX-5 rate for the August 28-29 Gathering in Tullahoma, TN at the Beechcraft Heritage Museum. The following link will guide you to the Tullahoma Holiday Inn Express reservation page for our event: Hotel Reservation Website .
Attendee registration for the event will close on July 15th. To register for the event go to: https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/2026-national-gathering-2 . As stated in previous emails, we are using Zeffy.com to process all registrations and payments for the event. Zeffy provides this service to registered charities at no charge. This includes all credit card processing fees. Zeffy then deposits 100% of the event registration fee into our OX-5 Aviation Pioneer bank account. So, how can Zeffy do this at no cost to our organization? At the conclusion of a transaction, the registrant is asked if they wish to add a totally voluntary tip which goes to Zeffy. It can be a percentage of the transaction, a flat amount of your choosing, or nothing at all. It is totally up to you.
Completing the form is simple:
First, you’ll be asked to indicate how many attendees in your party by pressing the Add+ button. If more than one in your party, press the + and the number will change from 1 to 2. You’ll then type your first and last name (and guest names) into the appropriate boxes. Press “Continue” and you’ll be asked for email, name, and home address information. You’ll also be asked about your association with a regional OX-5 Wing, if you are flying your own aircraft into Tullahoma (KTHA) and, if so, need a rental car to be waiting at the Museum for you. You’ll see in the “Summary” section the transaction amount. Below that is the “tip window”. Click on the down arrow (V) then “Other” and enter any amount you wish to add for Zeffy. Finally, you’ll complete payment either by credit card or direct debit from a bank account. Press “Buy Tickets” and you’re done. You’ll receive a confirmation email for your records.
These are hard deadline dates. So if you plan on attending the event, please do so prior to July 1 and July 15 respectively.
